Denise Yates

As the Founder of Yates and Yates Co., Denise has worked as a Management Consultant for 30 plus years with different Developers and Property Owners. Several of these notable industry leaders are AG Spanos Companies, EPC Real Estate Group, The Woodbury Corporation, VanTrust Real Estate, Hunt Midwest, First Management and Briarcliff Development Company. While with these developers, some of the areas she’s worked include but aren’t limited to: New Construction Start Up/Lease Ups, Asset Manager, Mentorship, and Management. She has been a part of some properties from before ground was dug to the sale/closing process. Through her many years of experience in the industry locally and nationally, Denise has successfully mastered the skills to create and implement key managerial tools that ensure top quality operational performance in accordance with the objectives of the investors and overall development goals.  

To quantify Denise’s success, it’s important to note that she was awarded “Management Executive of the Year” for 3 consecutive years in 2016, 2017 & 2018. She has also been associated with multiple different properties that have been awarded prestigious industry awards.

Denise’s success speaks for itself. But, even with all of that prior experience and knowledge, she now carries her own business from a place that strives to learn and grow more each and every day.

As the Co-Founder of Yates and Yates Co., Nicole is passionate about her work and brings many years of experience to the multifamily industry.  She is consistently guided by her core values of creativity, passion, integrity, and the pursuit of perfection. Nicole is an integral part of the Yates & Yates Co team as she aims to motivate and inspire her teammates and clients on a daily basis. She takes pride in making meaningful experiences come to life, by valuing connections and engaging in thoughtful conversations at all levels along the way.

Nicole’s strengths were quickly recognized through the continued success of each project she touches. As can be attested through previous clients and employees, she is a natural born leader that understands how to solve complicated problems, particularly in an industry that oftentimes presents challenges. Beyond being an astounding face for Yates and Yates Co and the industry as a whole, Nicole’s plays an instrumental role in driving our brand, operational excellence, building client relationships, and seamless communication between our many projects.
